This role will report into the GCS Global Mobility Operations lead, based at Noida, India.
- Responsible for cross border moves across geographies and different employment types
- Create assignment calculations and offers, cost calculation overview, assignment contracts for all international move types
- Conduct detailed walkthrough of terms and conditions for international assignees and with the leadership in line with the need of the move. Share and explain assignment related policies and processes
- Initiate timely and accurate services from 3rd party vendors within immigration, tax and relocation and daily liaison to ensure compliance and provide great employee experience
- Ensure any exceptions, challenges or delays are escalated to the appropriate persons via the designated process
- Keep close and frequent contact with the employee ensuring next steps and actions are understood and challenges are addressed
- Adapt to a broad range of policies and principles for different cases and circumstances
- Maintain records in HR systems, vendor systems and other internal WSP systems
- Billing and Invoicing management: familiarity with reviewing, approving and managing the end to end invoice cycle from global providers including raising POs, cost allocation, and approving payments.
- Manage the regular monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reporting for global mobility function to key stakeholders.
- Work on ad hoc tasks and project as part of continuously improvements on global mobility services, employee experience and compliance with tax, immigration and pay.
- Monitor and manage the various compliance risks relating to the international movement of employees, including tracking visa expiry dates, social security certificates coverage, completion of tax returns and attending tax briefings, signing of any relevant letters, ensuring approvals are tracked, data consents received, etc.
