Are you a hands-on, consultative sales professional who thrives on solving real customer problems and winning new business?

Join Bosch and play a key role in driving demand, engagement, and growth across our Power Tools division helping deliver smarter, safer and more productive worksites.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, field-based role (80% on the road) where you will work directly with end users across construction, industrial, and commercial sectors.

You’ll combine technical expertise, relationship building, and consultative selling to convert customers to Bosch products and build long-term brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Demand & Business Growth

  • Create and execute a targeted end-user strategy, working as a team to explore and support the Queensland and Export markets.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through consultative, solution-based selling
  • Leverage leads from dealer networks and generate your own pipeline via new business development
  • Deliver profitable growth through strong account management and new customer acquisition

Customer Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Present Bosch solutions to stakeholders ranging from site operators to C-suite leaders (one day on site, next day in the boardroom)
  • Conduct onsite demonstrations, safety assessments, and product training
  • Provide technical advice and tailored recommendations to solve customer challenges
  • Support tender opportunities and manage timelines with internal teams

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with end users, training organisations, and key stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance go-to-market strategies
  • Deliver impactful presentations to small and large groups (onsite & online)

Planning & Execution

  • Develop structured visit plans to maximise regional coverage and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all site safety requirements (e.g. White Card, inductions)
Qualifications

We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.

You should be able to demonstrate the following:

Essential:

  • Proven success in B2C and large end-user sales, ideally within construction, industrial or trade environments
  • Strong consultative selling capability with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated with strong planning, organisation, and time management
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • White Card & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement capability

Highly Desirable:

  • Trade qualification or degree in Engineering, Construction or similar
  • Experience in power tools, hardware, or building / construction industries
