Senior Software Engineering Manager - Remote - $185k-240k+

Who you are:
- 2+ years of formal engineering management experience, with a strong frontend-leaning full-stack background (React/TypeScript/Node) from a startup environment
- Proven experience with AI and using LLMs like Claude to accelerate development, problem-solving, and team productivity
- Comfortable contributing to production code immediately while leading architecture, design decisions, and hiring.
- Strong communication and people leadership skills, with a collaborative, pragmatic management style.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a studio team of frontend and full-stack engineers building a highly complex web-based 3D design product.
- Own frontend architecture and technical direction while remaining hands-on in the codebase from day one.
- Drive feature development for a new product area, augmenting and evolving the existing platform.
- Partner closely with product and design to deliver high-quality, performant, and scalable user experiences.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $185,000-240,000 base salary plus equity. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
