Designation: Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce

Experience: 4-6 Years

Education: B.E/B.Tech

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable jobs, and LWCs
  • Implement Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and custom configurations
  • Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Configure OmniChannel routing
  • Implement Digital Engagement features: Enhanced Chat, Messaging channels
  • Maintain Knowledge Management: publishing workflows, search optimization, Data Categories.

Must Have Skills:

  • 4+ years Salesforce development experience
  • Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows
  • Service Cloud: OmniChannel, Digital Engagement, Knowledge Management
  • API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Strong understanding of data models, governor limits, and security

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI), PDII is a plus
  • Good to have exposure to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
