Job description:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong hands on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD implementations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
• Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center customization.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Ability to independently own modules and deliver end to end solutions.
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events).
• Implement and enhance HRSD Case Management, HR Services, HR Templates, Topics, Assignment Rules, and Knowledge.
• Develop server side and client side scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, Notifications, SLAs, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and email integrations.
• Support CMDB, Discovery awareness, and data integrity for ITSM processes.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, UAT support, deployment, and post production support (L2/L3).
• Handle upgrades, cloning activities, update set management, and platform best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and technical documentation.
