Senior Sales Representative

NATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE

We are currently seeking a NATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE for a client in the Southeast Houston Area located near Pearland. Our client is a printing services provider that is proud to service large-scale global clients and small local clients in Houston too.

This role is DIRECT-HIRE with great benefits available! This position does require IN-PERSON attendance at our client site near Pearland. This opportunity does have a TRAVEL requirement for local/regional travel to clients and some national travel (once per quarter).

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

• $45K base + commission & bonus = $60K-$70K (on-target earnings)

• Commission on existing accounts! Commission on new accounts!

• Bonus available annually depending on performance!

• Automobile Allowance: $500/month

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Account Management – 75% - Oversee and manage existing customer accounts, ensuring ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development – 25% - Pursue new clients to begin and establish relationships. Territory is not regionally limited!
• Product Knowledge – Understand product offerings to guide sales discussions and solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging an existing book of business.
• Marketing & Production Collaboration – Collaborate with marketing teams to create customer-specific products and work with production to meet delivery timelines.
• Travel – Travel to client sites and industry events as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales area – REQUIRED
• Sales experience from a commission-driven environment – HUGE PLUS
• Some experience in print services (digital, commercial, etc.) – HUGE PLUS
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally- REQUIRED
