Role Description

This full-time remote role as a Senior Sales Representative is based in the Mid Atlantic region. This position will require travel throughout the Mid Atlantic region, to visit prospective clients, meet with architectural firms, and travel to the PA headquarters. The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth for architectural precast concrete products. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, preparing and delivering sales presentations, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction through project support and follow-up. You will play a key role in developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while building long-term partnerships with clients in the construction and development sectors.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales with a focus on the construction or concrete industry, showcasing strong knowledge of architectural precast concrete solutions
  • Business development abilities, relationship management, and exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Capability to create sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other sales software
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with the willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site engagements as required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with construction project timelines and processes is highly beneficial
