The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience within a broker dealer environment, hold active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63, 65, or 66 licenses, and possess complete fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively support international relations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary communication bridge between internal teams and external clients to deliver prompt guidance and exceptional service.
• Work closely with compliance departments to ensure all daily operations meet strict regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Process complex investment transactions efficiently while adhering to best execution practices.
• Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new accounts by verifying that all required documentation is completely accurate.
• Oversee fund transfers and reconcile daily account activities to maintain precise operational records.

Qualifications:

• Complete bilingual proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Active FINRA Series 7 along with Series 63, 65, or 66 licenses are absolutely required for this role.
• 4+ years of professional background handling client services and trading support within a financial institution.
• A completed Bachelor degree demonstrating a strong academic history.
• Deep understanding of various investment vehicles including equities, mutual funds, and fixed income products.
• Proven ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
• General proficiency with industry standard financial platforms and common office software suites.
• Highly detailed and proactive approach to navigating complex professional scenarios.
