Senior Recruiting Analyst
Location: Remote (United States)
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 base salary (DOE)
Travel: Up to 15% for team and operating company meetings
Position Summary
Comfort Systems USA and Kodiak Labor Solutions are seeking a highly analytical Senior Recruiting Analyst to serve as the operational backbone of the recruiting analytics function. This role is built for someone who thrives in data, process discipline, and reporting accuracy while supporting enterprise recruiting operations across multiple operating companies.
Reporting directly to the Director of Recruiting Strategy and Innovation, the Senior Recruiting Analyst will own the production layer of recruiting analytics, including pipeline reporting, ATS data integrity, recruiter performance analytics, compliance reporting, cost analysis, and AI recruiting tool measurement.
This is a pure individual contributor role with no direct reports or people management responsibilities. The position is designed for a technically strong analyst who enjoys building clean reporting infrastructure, solving data inconsistencies, and delivering reliable insights that support executive recruiting strategy.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Recruiting Analytics & Reporting
- Produce weekly and monthly Direct Hire Business Update reports
- Build and maintain recruiter productivity dashboards in Power BI
- Manage pipeline health, recruiter capacity, active search reporting, and executive KPI tracking
- Support recurring leadership operating cadence reporting with accurate and audit-ready analytics
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analytical deep dives for recruiting leadership
ATS Data Integrity & Pipeline Analytics
- Conduct daily Salesforce ATS data audits and remediation
- Maintain recruiting funnel analytics including:
- Source-to-start conversion
- Time-in-stage metrics
- Offer acceptance rates
- Recruiter throughput
- Hiring manager responsiveness
- Maintain recruiting taxonomy and source-of-truth documentation
Cost, Vendor & Compliance Reporting
- Analyze cost-per-hire and sourcing channel effectiveness
- Produce vendor and MSP performance scorecards
- Generate compliance-ready reporting for:
- EEO/OFCCP
- Pay transparency
- Salary history ban compliance
- Adverse impact monitoring
Market Intelligence & Compensation Analytics
- Track labor market trends and compensation benchmarking
- Maintain compensation and demand data for:
- MEP
- Construction
- AEC/EPC
- Commercial & industrial sectors
- Support recruiting market intelligence initiatives with structured data analysis
AI Recruiting Tool Analytics
- Measure adoption and ROI of AI-enabled recruiting tools
- Maintain reporting around:
- Time savings
- Quality improvements
- Usage trends
- Prompt-performance measurement
- Support recruiting innovation initiatives through analytical support
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Analytics
- Data Analytics
- Statistics
- Human Resources
- Information Systems
- Industrial-Organizational Psychology
- Or related quantitative discipline
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of analytics experience
- 3+ years specifically supporting:
- Recruiting analytics
- HR analytics
- People analytics
- Talent acquisition reporting
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting cadences
- Experience working within ATS or recruiting CRM systems
Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Advanced Power BI expertise including DAX and data modeling
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills including:
- Power Query
- Pivot tables
- Large dataset management
- Salesforce reporting experience required
- SOQL experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting construction, industrial, MEP, AEC, or EPC environments
- Experience with Tableau CRM / Salesforce-native analytics tools
- Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP and pay transparency compliance frameworks
- Experience supporting AI recruiting tool implementation and analytics
- Python or R experience preferred
