Adecco is supporting a leading automotive manufacturing organization in the Farmington Hills, MI area in the search for a Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Engineer.
This is a hands-on role supporting a high-volume manufacturing environment with strong visibility to plant leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment
- Work across APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and root cause analysis
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
- Interface directly with customers and internal teams on quality issues
- Support audits and maintain compliance with IATF standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive manufacturing quality
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC
- Experience working in a plant environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the floor

- Full-time, direct hire
