.The manager is looking for someone who is a positive team player, willing to help others, and comfortable working in a friendly, open-communication environment. This person should not work in a silo and should be willing to learn, collaborate, and support other application teams as needed

ilities• Develop and enhance departmental best practices, procedures, and the utilization of available tools and technologies within the QA
process• Review and ensure test cases are developed and documented in alignment with acceptance criteria for each use
r story• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive software test plans and tes
t cases• Collaborate effectively with offshore QA teams to execute Agile sprint testing act
ivities• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support high-quality product deve
lopment• Perform manual and automated
testing• Produce detailed reporting of test execution and defect rates within bug trackin
