Senior Automation Tester/QA (ServiceNow)

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Tester / Quality Assurance (ServiceNow) � – Technical professional to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of ServiceNow solutions. This role is responsible for validating technical implementations, configurations, custom developments, integrations, and platform upgrades to ensure they meet business requirements and ServiceNow best practices before production release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for ServiceNow applications.
• Perform functional testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and smoke testing.
• Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), QA methodologies, and best practices, ServiceNow architecture and technical components.
• Log, track, and defects flow management, ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
• Hands‑on experience testing ServiceNow configurations and custom development.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Having 3+ years of experience in software testing or QA, preferably on the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), QA methodologies and best practices, ServiceNow architecture and technical components.
• Hands on experience using Phyton/Java/C#.
• Experience using automation tools (e.g. Katalon/Selenium).
• Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) /Agile/Waterfall.
• Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.

• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
