Senior Property Accountant

Spectrum Search Group has been retained by a fast-growing, full-service real estate company specializing in the healthcare and senior-living space. The firm has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the Dallas area and is in a period of rapid deal activity — closing seven transactions in just the last two months — making this an exciting time to join a dynamic, high-energy team.

We're seeking a Senior Accountant to support a broad range of financial functions tied to real estate investments and operational accounting across multiple entities.

The Opportunity

• Own the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Review financial packages from third-party management companies and resolve review comments
• Reconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts, and property subledgers
• Analyze, research, and interpret financial issues across a multi-entity portfolio
• Help keep reporting clean and deadline-driven in a fast-paced investment environment

What They're Looking For

• 2+ years of accounting experience with confidence in your technical skill set
• Real estate experience strongly preferred; construction industry exposure a plus
• Real estate/property management accounting understanding is key
• Proficiency in Yardi is a big plus, along with strong Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• A self-starter who solves problems independently and thrives under tight deadlines
