Responsibility:
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Program Manager in IT or technical project environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA – including board creation, dashboard management, filtering, reporting macros, and Kanban methodologies.
- Background or exposure to technical environments, ideally supporting cybersecurity, security operations, or infrastructure teams.
- Experience creating and maintaining accurate project documentation, task logs, timelines, and follow-up actions.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with remote team coordination and asynchronous communication tools (Slack, Teams, Confluence, etc.)
