8+ years of experience in program management, project management, strategy, operations, or related roles.
Advanced certifications and/or a master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience working in fast-paced and highly matrixed organizations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Box, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform & Eco-system
Prior management experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) highly preferred
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate across departments and teams to get things to a logical conclusion
