Senior Program Management Analyst (Healthcare / HealthIT)
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + benefits
The Senior Program Management Analyst supports the analysis, evaluation, and improvement of healthcare programs, with a focus on high-priority modernization and transformation initiatives. This role provides senior-level program management, strategic analysis, and operational support, helping assess program effectiveness, measure outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and guide the execution of complex organizational change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured reviews and evaluations of current and future healthcare programs to assess quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Measure program performance and outcomes, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support execution of program operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on program evaluation, organizational improvement, project management, and process reengineering to enhance productivity and program performance.
- Assist in identifying program resources and developing program reports, briefings, and documentation.
- Oversee and support multiple concurrent transformation initiatives, including planning, organizing, prioritizing, and monitoring results.
- Participate in and support change management, business process reengineering, performance management, and data analysis initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including preparation for and participation in executive-level meetings and presentations.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of modernization initiatives focused on streamlining operations, simplifying decision-making, and improving accountability.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in program analysis, program management, and/or management consulting
- Extensive experience supporting large-scale integrated healthcare systems
- Strong background in program evaluation, performance measurement, and outcome analysis
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level organizational transformation, change management, and process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of federal government budget processes, program evaluation methodologies, and healthcare operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior executives on complex topics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, providing and receiving constructive feedback
- Background in healthcare program management, organizational design, or human-centered design is desired
- Prior consulting experience supporting federal health transformation initiatives is desired
