AFLALO is a modern luxury brand rooted in elegance, opulence, and bold femininity. We are seeking a Full Package Production Manager to oversee the execution of our international apparel collections across Denim, Leather, Specialty, and Knitwear categories. This is a high-impact role for a production leader with a refined eye for quality, operational precision, and the ability to translate design vision into meticulously crafted garments.
Reporting to the Head of Production, this role manages full-package factories—partners who deliver complete garments from materials to finished products—across Europe, Asia, and Los Angeles. You will be responsible for ensuring that every style meets Aflalo’s rigorous standards, is delivered on schedule, and reflects the brand’s creative and technical vision.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Production Leadership
- Own the full lifecycle of production with full-package factories, from material selection and development handover to finished garment delivery
- Plan, monitor, and manage production timelines across multiple regions, proactively resolving risks or delays
- Oversee costing, purchase orders, and shipment coordination, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Development and Technical teams to ensure styles meet design specifications, construction standards, and material quality
- Provide guidance on materials, trims, and construction to uphold Aflalo’s exceptional craftsmanship standards
Vendor Strategy & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with global full-package factories, ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and adherence to brand expectations
- Lead negotiations and serve as the primary point of contact for all production matters, representing Aflalo with clarity and authority
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Track production KPIs and milestones, identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, and implement solutions without compromising quality
- Maintain visibility into factory performance and production health across all categories
Profile / Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing full-package production across multiple apparel categories
- Proven ability to oversee complex production schedules and international vendor networks with autonomy and accountability
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and collaborate with internal and external partners
- Experience in luxury or high-end contemporary fashion strongly preferred
- Deep appreciation for craftsmanship, materials, and construction
