Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Marketing Technology, Operations & Digital Media is a working leader responsible for researching, scoping, building and running the systems, processes and technology, that will drive AI adoption and automation to achieve scalable marketing performance, while directly leading and shaping best-in-class digital media and video production.

This role sits within Global Branding & Communications and serves as a critical connector between technology, strategy and execution. You will not only define the framework for operational excellence, but you will also actively build and optimize it by leading change through piloting new MarTech tools and emerging technologies, upskilling the team and setting guidelines for ethical AI use.

This role blends marketing operations, MarTech ownership, performance analytics and hands-on leadership.

YOUR IMPACT

Build & Run Marketing Operations

  • Design, implement and continuously improve marketing processes that enable consistency, speed and scale leveraging AI and emerging MarTech tools
  • Serve as primary intake lead for incoming work — developing scopes, timelines, resource plans and delivery roadmaps in collaboration with the broader marketing team
  • Build and manage playbooks, intake models and governance processes
  • Ensure operational readiness across enterprise initiatives

Lead Marketing Technology & Data Strategy

  • Own and optimize the MarTech stack and ecosystem (Digital Asset Management Systems, automation, AI platforms, collaboration tools)
  • Partner with Digital Technology to improve integration, data flow and system performance
  • Establish governance standards for asset management, data integrity and lifecycle management
  • Evaluate and implement enhancements and provide training to improve tool adoption
  • Translating technological capabilities into operational advantage

Drive Performance Visibility & Accountability

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards
  • Define KPIs and benchmarking standards across digital media initiatives
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Enable data-informed decision-making

Enable Smart Planning & Resource Stewardship

  • Support annual and quarterly marketing planning cycles
  • Manage digital media production budgets, vendor contracts and performance reporting
  • Partner with Procurement on partner/tool scoping and financial negotiations
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize impact and budgets

Lead Digital Media & Video Production

  • Direct end-to-end digital media and video projects — from concept and scripting through post-production
  • Provide hands-on digital media creative direction and production oversight
  • Translating business priorities into compelling digital media narratives
  • Oversee intake, prioritization and execution of digital media initiatives
  • Balance scope, timelines, budgets and quality across concurrent projects
  • Ensure production excellence, brand alignment and storytelling impact

Inspire Teams & Partnerships

  • Lead, mentor and develop producers, editors and videographers
  • Provide direct coaching and clear performance expectations
  • Foster a culture that balances creativity with operational rigor
  • Manage digital media agencies, freelancers and flexible production partners
  • Ensure external digital media partners deliver against brand standards and expectations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, film/media production, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience spanning marketing operations and digital media production
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience operating in enterprise or matrixed environments
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technologies (DAM, CMS, automation platforms, AI tools)
  • Proven success leading end-to-end digital media and video production initiatives
  • Experience building executive-level dashboards and performance reporting

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Aquia Dam and Workflow, SmartSheets, Site Core)
  • Experience managing agency and freelance production partners

Pay Range:

$118,700.00 - $211,300.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
