The Role
As a Senior Product Manager on the Seller Client Experience team, you will bridge the gap between high-intent sellers and the real estate professionals who serve them. This is a high-visibility, strategic role focused on evolving the tools agents and teams use to manage seller leads and grow their sell-side business. You will collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and operations to drive meaningful results for our clients and client.
What You’ll Do
● Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product roadmap for the Seller client experience, balancing impact, feasibility, and business requirements.
● Insight-Driven Discovery: Synthesize data from top clients, stakeholders, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
● Full-Cycle Execution: Partner with Design, Engineering, and QA to ensure seamless delivery through every stage of the development lifecycle.
● Go-To-Market (GTM) Alignment: Lead cross-functional alignment and partner with GTM teams to launch new features successfully.
● Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with Seller Consumer and Seller Platform PMs to ensure a cohesive experience across the entire ecosystem.
What You’ll Bring
● 8+ Years of Product Experience: Proven track record in Product Management, ideally within Marketplace, Real Estate, or B2B SaaS.
● Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of the B2B lead generation lifecycle and professional partner performance metrics.
● Strategic Communication: Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable insights for both executive leadership and technical teams.
● Bias for Action: A "build-measure-learn" mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
● Extreme Ownership: A high level of accountability and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
● Collaborative Leadership: A commitment to fostering inclusive, diverse, and high-performing cross-functional teams.
