Location: Seattle, Washington

Schedule: Primarily onsite

Compensation: $240,000 – $400,000 + bonus


A growing plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney to play a key role in building and leading its Seattle office.


This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney to step into a leadership position, helping scale a high-performing practice focused on wage & hour and class action litigation.


The Role


You will handle plaintiff-side employment and class action matters, including:


• Wage & hour and class action litigation

• Case strategy from pre-litigation through resolution

• Managing and supervising junior attorneys and support staff

• Building case volume and contributing to office growth

• Working directly with leadership on expansion strategy


This role combines hands-on litigation with team leadership and office development responsibilities.

Requirements


• 7+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience

• Strong background in wage & hour and/or class action litigation

• Proven ability to manage cases and supervise junior attorneys

• Experience handling matters from pre-litigation through trial or resolution

• Licensed to practice law in Washington


Preferred Experience


• Experience building or scaling a practice or office

• Strong academic credentials

• Comfort working in a growth-phase environment with autonomy
