This is an off-track position where you inherit a dedicated, high-volume docket from a major institutional client. Your only job is to handle the cases, deliver excellent service, and log off. Zero rainmaking required.

The Setup:

  • Role Focus: Managing a high-volume docket of single-plaintiff employment litigation (with occasional class action/PAGA matters), including EPLI-covered claims.
  • Support: You will have the full backing and infrastructure of a top-tier national firm, including dedicated associates, paralegals, and shared support teams.


What you bring to the table:

  • 7+ years of CA complex employment litigation experience.
  • Active CA Bar License in good standing.
  • Reside in Northern California.
  • Deep comfort running matters independently from inception through resolution.
  • Experience managing EPLI claims, dealing with insurance carriers, or working with co-employment/institutional clients is a massive plus.
