We’re partnered with a growing, trial-focused litigation firm in Orange County seeking a Senior Personal Injury Attorney (Trial-Focused) to support an active and expanding docket.
This firm handles high-stakes personal injury and product liability matters, representing clients in complex, high-exposure litigation. Led by experienced trial attorneys, the firm operates in a highly collaborative environment where senior attorneys play a critical role in driving case strategy and execution.
Attorneys work closely with partners in a collaborative, team-based environment with strong internal support. You’ll play a key role in litigation strategy and trial preparation across an active docket of complex matters.
This role is particularly attractive for attorneys with hands-on trial experience who want to deepen their involvement in trial work, operate in a true litigation environment, and continue progressing toward first-chair responsibilities.
What You’ll Need:
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• JD and active California Bar admission in good standing
• 2nd chair trial experience
• Experience handling personal injury, products liability, or other tort-based matters
• Experience with motion practice, depositions, and court appearances
• Ability to manage multiple cases and contribute to trial preparation and execution
Bonus Points:
• Trial-heavy background with consistent courtroom involvement
• Experience working on high-value or catastrophic injury cases
• Interest in progressing into a first-chair trial role
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
