A growing litigation-focused firm is seeking a Trial Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious attorneys eager to gain real courtroom experience early in their careers and develop into confident trial advocates.
This partner-track position offers hands-on exposure to hearings, depositions, and trials, along with direct mentorship from experienced litigators. Associates will play a key role in case strategy, preparation, and execution across a variety of consumer litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive case strategy alongside senior attorneys to achieve optimal outcomes in litigation matters
• Handle hearings, motions, and trial appearances under supervision
• Assist in all phases of trial preparation, including depositions, witness preparation, and case analysis
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial testimony through mock questioning and case review
• Manage deadlines, filings, and assigned case responsibilities with increasing independence
• Travel across California for court appearances, hearings, and trials
• Contribute to trial readiness and overall litigation success of the team

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney or Trial Attorney
• Demonstrated exposure to trial work, including jury trials, bench trials, or significant trial preparation
• Active membership in the California State Bar (CA Bar required)
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to perform in high-pressure litigation environments
• Assertive, competitive mindset with strong courtroom presence
• Willingness to travel frequently for litigation matters

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
