Insight Global is looking for a Sr Payroll Manager for a client in Tempe, AZ.

Senior Payroll Manager

Location: Tempe, AZ 85284 - on-site 5 days/week

Duration: Permanent

Salary: $125K - $140K + 15% end of year bonus

Must Haves:

• 10 years of experience in payroll management
• 5+ years of experience in leading a team of payroll professionals
• Experience with payroll with a multi-state company; both exempt and non-exempt workforces
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
• Experience working with Workday as a payroll software/system
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Plusses:

• Experience working in a retail industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

One of our large retail clients is looking for a Senior Payroll Manager to join their team.
