Senior Manager HRIS Workday

As a Senior Manager, HR Systems / HRIS, you will own and optimize our client's HR systems, ensuring they effectively support business operations, integrations, and process automation across the client and its portfolio of companies. You will lead the day‑to‑day execution of the HRIS team, overseeing the scalability, efficiency, and alignment of systems such as Workday HCM and Greenhouse ATS with evolving business needs. This role partners closely with People & Culture, IT, Business Operations, and Finance to define system roadmaps, manage configurations, security, workflows, and integrations, and deliver strategic enhancements that improve user experience and operational effectiveness. You will oversee HR system integrations, data governance, reporting, and analytics, ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations while leveraging tools such as Workday reporting, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, and BigQuery to drive insight and decision‑making. Additionally, you will apply Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles to ensure enterprise systems support seamless data management from inception through end‑of‑life, while driving continuous improvement, automation, documentation, and innovation across the HR technology ecosystem

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, HR Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience managing enterprise HR systems, including full‑cycle Workday implementations and ongoing optimizations. Proven experience supporting Workday HCM across functional areas including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Projects, Talent, and Recruiting. Hands‑on experience with Workday integration frameworks, including EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, calculated fields, and related tools. Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms, including integrations with HCM and ERP systems. Strong proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, using Workday reporting tools and external BI platforms such as Tableau and Looker Studio. Solid understanding of APIs, middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft), and enterprise system architecture concepts. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, execute system roadmaps, and manage complex system enhancements.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Workday Pro certification. Additional ATS platform experience beyond Greenhouse. Experience supporting multi‑entity or holding company environments.
