Roles and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of Cisco Viptela SDWAN solutions including configuration monitoring and optimization
Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex network incidents affecting SDWAN connectivity and performance
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to coordinate timely network issue resolutions and upgrades
Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation such as diagrams configurations and SOPs
