We’re working with a rapidly growing, globally connected CDMO at a pivotal stage of expansion, looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to help elevate their brand and commercial impact.

The Role

This position sits at the heart of the organisation’s marketing efforts, supporting both US and global activity. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and international colleagues to strengthen messaging, drive campaigns, and support commercial growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Refine and elevate company messaging across presentations, website, and social media
  • Own and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, and events
  • Lead conference activity end-to-end (booth design, materials, logistics, social media) across US and international events
  • Create and develop high-quality marketing literature for sales teams
  • Manage and optimise the company website and digital presence
  • Organise and deliver technical webinars via third-party platforms
  • Review and enhance corporate and technical presentations, including C-suite materials (high PowerPoint proficiency essential)
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
  • Manage and nurture leads generated from conferences and campaigns


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in CDMO marketing (biologics preferred; CGT or small molecules also considered)
  • Up to ~5 years’ experience within the US market
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail in messaging and presentation quality
  • Strong digital skillset: social media, video, graphics, and content creation tools
  • Experience supporting conferences and events within life sciences
  • Confident working across multiple projects with limited budgets and evolving priorities
  • Comfortable operating in a multicultural, international environment
  • Strong communicator with near-native English proficiency
