I’m partnering with a growing, innovative organization in the electronics/electromechanical space that is looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer II to their team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting the production of complex cable and harness assemblies.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Own and support manufacturing processes for cable/harness products
- Drive continuous improvement through process development and problem solving
- Develop programs for production equipment
- Create and maintain routing, BOMs, work instructions, and visual aids
- Design and implement tooling and fixturing to support production
- Interpret engineering drawings, specs, and customer requirements
- Act as a technical liaison between engineering, production, and customers
- Support DFM efforts throughout the product lifecycle
- Evaluate costs, improve efficiency, and ensure quality/yield targets are met
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years in electronics or electromechanical manufacturing (contract manufacturing a plus)
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOMs, and engineering change notices
- Experience with circuit card assembly and cable/harness builds
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
