  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless, integrated experiences that align with VAI’s brand and guest expectations
  • Build and manage production timelines, workflows, and execution plans to consistently deliver on time and at scale
  • Oversee AV inventory, equipment maintenance, and resource planning to support all event and venue needs
  • Establish and implement SOPs, technical standards, and operational best practices across the production team
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the AV/Production team, creating a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance
  • Design and implement training programs that advance team capabilities in technical production and emerging AV technologies
  • Ensure all productions meet safety, compliance, and regulatory standards, including life safety and public assembly requirements
  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and external production teams to deliver world-class results
  • Drive financial performance through event budgeting, cost control, and alignment to pro formas
  • Contribute to the long-term vision and strategy of entertainment production at VAI Resort

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in technical production, AV operations, or entertainment operations within hospitality, live events, or theme park environments

  • Deep knowledge of AV systems, stage production, rigging, and technical integration
  • Experience with CAD and production design tools
  • Strong understanding of life safety codes, ADA regulations, and public assembly standards
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, event pro formas, and cost management
  • Hands-on experience with production equipment, lifts, rigging systems, and technical tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams
  • High attention to detail with a solutions-oriented, fast-paced mindset
