Senior Manager I, Business Development, Ecomm, Digital In-Store Business Experience

Specific Responsibilities Include

We are looking for a Senior Manager I, In-Store Digital Experience to join the Walmart+ Member Experience team who will help us lead the in-store experience that comes to life using our digital platform. This role will heavily liaise with our Digital Experience team, our Product Team, Operations and our In-store Experience team in leading the W+ application development, usage and overall experience in-store and on premise (including ACC and Fuel).

You will work closely with the Director, In-store experience to represent and consult on initiatives supporting program development to enhance W+ Member shopping engagement throughout their shopping journey. You will work cross-functionally with Insights, Membership Data, Member Experience, Product, GTM Team, In Store Marketing, Transformation Team, and many others.

• You will take a SME/project management lead for in-store experience in how the W+ engagement looks from a digital perspective. This will include OPD, Parking, Checking-in (arrival), Store Navigation, Scan & Go, Checking out (SCO, CX-1, and others), and Member Service in-store.
• You will lead the coordination of weekly cross-functional communication and executive updates for the in-store digital experience.
• You will lead the development of applicable metrics by partnering with the Membership Data reporting team to develop relevant KPIs that mark our progress in improving the in-store marketing experience within the digital platform.
• This role will work closely with Director of In-store experience and Digital Experience to develop sound bases for testing concepts, articulate metrics needed for measuring success and tracking execution.
• The ideal candidate will have solid product platform understanding to liaise properly with cross-functional team; robust understanding of integrating research and data insights into meaningful functionality within the platform while representing the needs of our members' journeys in-store.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative, adaptable, strategic, & results-oriented manager with a deep passion for product development, team leadership and business results. This individual will have expertise in project management, reporting, as well as executive communications. This role is highly collaborative, fast-paced, working with talented colleagues across several disparate teams. You must be adaptable, articulate and confident. This is a high visibility role with the ability to make a significant impact on our business goals.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years' experience in business development, market

development, product development, or relevant area OR 5 years' experience in business development, market development, product development,

or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in project management, reporting, and executive communications. Track record of success in a collaborative, fast-paced, environment.

Proven ability to work and collaborate across several disparate teams.
