As the Senior Manager Digital Product Management, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the digital product strategy to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences for our center/site staff & families. You will lead a team of 2-4 Product Managers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that align with company goals.
This specific role will oversee our Center Workforce Management alongside out Consumer & Business Insights product teams, supporting all core KinderCare Learning brands.
Our Center Workforce Management platform (Legion) allows our field staff to manage schedules across all of our centers & sites, ensuring we’re meeting the demand of each center/site, while creating a consistent staffing experience for our families, children & teachers. Our Consumer & Business Insights team focus on centralizing key upstream data sources to enable modern tooling for analysts to drive new insights into our business, while enabling automated enterprise reporting, all through a modern data platform in DataBricks.
We’re looking for an innovative product leader to build a long-term strategy. This strategy will help us improve these practices. It will also deliver outstanding experiences and stronger automation for our field and corporate staff.
