About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own an internal platform used by engineering leadership to understand how teams are performing, where delivery is slowing down or accelerating, and how work is distributed across a large engineering organisation.

The work centres on pulling together fragmented signals across systems and making them actionable and reliable enough for leadership to act on, while maintaining trust with engineering teams. This role works closely with senior engineering leaders and sits at the intersection of product, data, and engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the roadmap for internal platform/developer experience initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering stakeholders to define product strategy and priorities
  • Translate engineering metrics and data into actionable insights
  • Work across teams to deliver scalable, high-impact platform solutions
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10+ years of product management experience, with exposure to internal platforms or engineering systems
  • Experience in Product Management for internal platforms / DevEx/engineering tools
  • Strong understanding of APIs, CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, Jira, and analytics tools
  • Exposure to engineering productivity metrics (DORA, SPACE, Flow, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to work with and influence senior engineering stakeholders
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Information

  • Candidates must be authorised to work in the US
  • This is a C2C contract role (no visa sponsorship)
  • Fully remote opportunity with exposure to an enterprise-scale initiative
