Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI Agent)

I am partnering with an avatar technology company powering the next era of interactive digital identity through Smart Avatars. I'm looking for Senior Machine Learning Engineers to help build the next generation of intelligent, interactive AI avatars. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of core AI chat systems, shaping how millions of users engage with autonomous digital companions.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale AI systems using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent architectures
- Develop production-ready backend systems for AI-driven features
- Design benchmarks to evaluate and improve model performance
- Collaborate with product teams to refine user-facing AI experiences
- Translate cutting-edge research into robust, scalable solutions
- Improve model quality, safety, and cost efficiency
What You Bring
- 5+ years in ML/AI (LLMs, NLP, CV, or related fields)
- Experience building agentic systems with LLMs
- Strong backend engineering skills (Python, Go, or JavaScript)
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive product impact
Preferred
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3+ years of specialized experience developing complex, multi-agent systems using LLMs.
