Job Title: Senior Litigation Paralegal (Civil)

Location (city, state): Phoenix, AZ

Compensation:

Contract: $38.46 – $43.26/hour

Conversion: $80,000 – $90,000 annually + monthly bonus

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting civil litigation matters
  • Demonstrated background handling complex litigation cases
  • Familiarity with Arizona Superior Court and U.S. District Court procedures
  • Strong legal writing and document preparation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and legal teams
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment

Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a busy civil litigation practice. This role will focus on managing complex casework, preparing legal documentation, and supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, standard business hours. Flexibility for occasional remote work available upon permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit, and file a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and manage discovery, including document collection, organization, and response preparation
  • Maintain and track case files, ensuring deadlines and court requirements are met
  • Conduct legal research to support case development and strategy
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates as needed
  • Support settlement efforts, including mediation preparation and documentation
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable legal standards and court procedures
