Senior Litigation Paralegal – Midtown NYC (Hybrid 4/1)

A midsize national law firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a team handling sophisticated commercial and IP litigation matters. This role is based in a gorgeous office and offers a 4 days in-office / 1 day remote schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial
• Prepare and manage filings via NYSCEF and PACER
• Assist with trial preparation, including on-site trial support
• Coordinate discovery, document production, and case materials
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines

Qualifications:

• 6–8+ years of experience in a senior litigation paralegal role
• On-site trial team experience required
• Strong knowledge of NYSCEF and PACER
• Experience in commercial and/or IP litigation (required)
• Big law experience a plus
• Stable work history with strong professional references

• Availability for late nights as needed during filings and trial prep

Compensation:

• Base salary up to $160K (DOE) + bonus and strong benefits
