What your future day will look like:

• Answers and Discovery requests
• Mediation Scheduling
• Monitoring Court Rosters, to include calendaring all status conferences, trials, hearings, etc.
• Contact and scheduling experts
• Prepare various motions and orders and e-filing
• Settlement documents
• Closing of files

Type: Direct hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Ability to pass background check
• 5+ years of defense litigation experience
• Solid work history with limited job changes.
