CB Partners is partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm to hire a highly skilled Legal Secretary for their Pittsburgh office. This role is ideal for a polished legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple attorneys, and managing complex workflows with precision.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level administrative and practice support to multiple attorneys across busy matters
- Coordinate with internal teams including billing, docketing, and litigation support to ensure seamless workflow
- Prepare, format, and submit legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Track court and agency deadlines, proactively communicating key dates to attorneys
- Generate and finalize Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities using Best Authority
- Manage state and federal e-filings in compliance with applicable court rules
- Maintain case files and documents within NetDocuments and Virtual Binder
- Assist with new client matter intake and ensure compliance with firm protocols
- Coordinate transcription, document production, and printing requests
- Maintain attorney contacts and distribution lists within Outlook and CRM systems
- Provide occasional front desk support to ensure a professional client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 7–10 years of litigation experience in a strong professional or educational environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Best Authority required; NetDocuments and Forte preferred
- Solid understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and e-filing systems
- Pennsylvania state and federal court experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
