We’re partnering with a leading AmLaw firm with a dominant presence in the Miami real estate market to identify a Legal Assistant supporting a high-performing Commercial Real Estate team.

This is an opportunity to join a group that is consistently involved in complex, high-value real estate transactions across South Florida and beyond — working alongside attorneys who are deeply embedded in the market’s most active deals.

You’ll act as a true right-hand to attorneys, supporting active transactions from initial documentation through closing. This role sits at the center of deal flow — coordinating across clients, lenders, title companies, and internal stakeholders to keep matters moving efficiently.

This is not a passive support role — it’s for someone who takes ownership, stays ahead of attorneys, and thrives in a fast-paced transactional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing attorney calendars, meetings, and travel in a high-volume environment
  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading real estate and transactional documents
  • Preparing and coordinating closing binders and document distribution
  • Communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, and third parties throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Supporting billing, time entry, and expense processing
  • Handling filings with state and local agencies (Clerk of Court, Secretary of State)
  • Acting as a central point of coordination across multiple active matters

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant experience
  • Background supporting active deal teams in a law firm environment (Big Law preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple attorneys and priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce polished, accurate work product under pressure
