Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead full-cycle estimating and bidding for complete site development packages
Prepare detailed cost estimates across utilities, grading, excavation, paving, and land clearing
Develop project budgets and support preconstruction strategy
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive bids
Manage a steady bid pipeline
Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications / Must-Haves
5+ years of heavy civil/site development estimating experience
Experience with commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects (5–60 acre sites)
Strong knowledge of sitework scopes including utilities, grading, excavation, paving, and clearing
Experience estimating full site packages (not just partial scopes)
Exposure to project management or field operations is a plus
Proficiency with estimating software such as HeavyBid and/or Agtek preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, adaptable mindset
