SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

• 15+ years of professional IT leadership experience within fintech, banking, or financial services implementation environments

• Proven people management experience leading, coaching, and managing capacity for multi-tiered technical implementation teams

• Deep hands-on technical delivery and platform knowledge of ImageCentre workflows (installation, configuration, and implementation)

• Strong technical knowledge of the DirectLink product suite, including Teller, Host Integration, and distributed capture modules

• Demonstrated expertise managing high-stakes client escalations and structuring 24/7 post-go-live stabilization support frameworks


Secondary (Good to Have):

• Thorough understanding of core banking item processing systems and distributed data capture workflows

• Advanced talent assessment capabilities, workforce optimization, and resource utilization planning skills

• Executive-level presence with the ability to influence cross-functional business and engineering stakeholders without direct authority

• Experience driving continuous improvement, standardization of methodologies, and knowledge-sharing practices within a delivery org


POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an elite Sr. Manager of Implementation with 15+ years of experience to drive a critical, hybrid delivery engagement based out of Jacksonville, FL. In this high-impact, client-facing leadership role, you will spearhead the technical implementation delivery of core ImageCentre and DirectLink product suites across a sophisticated portfolio of banking and financial institution clients. As both a people and delivery manager, the incumbent will oversee operational excellence, establish escalation frameworks during critical client go-live stabilization periods, and maintain executive-level communication with US-based banking stakeholders.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, milestone adherence, risk management, and quality control for multiple concurrent product implementations across the client portfolio

• Direct, motivate, and mentor a high-performance team of implementation analysts, leading workforce planning, talent assessments, and performance management strategies

• Act as the primary technical and operational escalation point for US banking clients, providing dedicated after-hours and weekend support during minimum 2-week post-go-live stabilization windows

• Utilize structural domain expertise in item processing and distributed capture to evaluate solution designs, analyze platform constraints, and guide engineering teams on complex issues

• Drive the standardization of technical implementation processes and methodologies while maintaining the agility to travel 15% to domestic client sites as needed
