Senior Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional digital initiatives focused on content delivery, platform operations, deployment coordination, and customer-facing digital experiences. This role will manage projects from planning through launch while ensuring timelines, deliverables, technical requirements, and stakeholder expectations are successfully executed in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for digital content, platform enhancements, and deployment initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Technology, and vendor teams to support successful launches and implementations.
• Oversee QA processes, issue tracking, testing coordination, and launch readiness activities.
• Track and resolve project issues and enhancements using JIRA and related project management tools.
• Support process improvements focused on operational efficiency, scalability, and execution quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, digital operations, content management, or marketing operations.
• Strong experience with JIRA, CMS platforms (Contentful preferred), Figma, Excel, and collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital platforms, enterprise systems, or customer-facing technologies.
• Experience supporting hardware and software deployment initiatives, including rollout coordination, implementation planning, testing, and post-deployment support.
• Familiarity with enterprise deployment methodologies, UAT coordination, release management, and production support processes.
