About the Role
As a Senior Designer, you will partner closely with the Creative Director to shape and execute visual design that reflects our brand and supports marketing strategy. You will work across digital, print, and experiential channels, contributing ideas and providing design leadership.
You’ll help translate strategy, research, and early concepts into high-quality, impactful creative work. This role plays a key part in shaping our visual identity and supporting marketing, sales, and client engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual designs across digital, print, and experiential channels
- Partner with the Creative Director to execute and evolve brand and creative strategy
- Translate marketing and business objectives into clear, compelling visual solutions
- Build and maintain design systems, templates, and scalable workflows
- Develop marketing and sales collateral (one-pagers, case studies, white papers, etc.)
- Design visual assets and layouts for reports, insights, and data-driven content
- Support brand-building initiatives, including sub-brands and campaigns
- Manage and evolve a comprehensive library of brand assets and guidelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance
- Act as a design mentor, providing guidance, feedback, and support to junior team members
- Help elevate team standards by sharing best practices and improving creative processes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality
About You
- You are a strong visual storyteller with a high bar for craft and attention to detail
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
- You bring both creative vision and strong execution skills
- You enjoy partnering across teams and helping others grow
You also bring:
- Strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition
- Experience designing across digital and print channels (web, social, email, print, experiential)
- Ability to translate strategy into cohesive and compelling visual systems
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate ideation and production
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to present concepts and influence stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or providing feedback to other designers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience
- 5–8 years of professional design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred
- A digital portfolio demonstrating breadth, craft, and strategic thinking across a range of design work
This position is based in our Atlanta office. While WelcomeHome supports hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 at home).
