Westholme is AACo’s flagship nature-led Australian Wagyu brand - a symbol of provenance, nature‑led values, and world‑class culinary culture. As we continue to grow Westholme across priority international markets, we’re seeking a Global Senior Brand Manager to steward the brand’s next chapter.
This is a rare opportunity to be the global custodian of a premium food brand, balancing long‑term vision with meaningful, hands-on high‑impact. You’ll help shape how Westholme shows up in the world – authentically, creatively and commercially – whilst staying true to the land, people and craft behind the brand.
The Opportunity
As Global Senior Brand Manager, you’ll lead the global brand strategy for Westholme - bringing together insight, creativity, and commercial discipline to drive growth across markets.
You’ll work at the intersection of food, culture, storytelling, and commerce, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, agency partners, chefs, culinary influencers, and media to deliver brand experiences that resonate deeply with in Chef communities and discerning consumers.
This is a highly collaborative, international role, offering genuine scope to influence, build, and leave a lasting imprint on a globally recognised premium brand.
