Senior Full Stack Engineer

Position: Sr Full-Stack Workflow Integration Engineer

Hybrid in Indianapolis

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Summary

Brooksource’s Global Pharmaceutical Client is transitioning from a conversational AI platform to an enterprise-grade agentic workflow automation system for pharmaceutical operations. This Full-Stack Integration Engineer will focus on building integrations for agentic workflows that automate complex business processes for key business partners across pharmaceutical operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build integrations between agentic workflows and internal systems
• Develop API connectors and middleware for workflow data exchange
• Implement workflow state management and persistence layers
• Create monitoring and observability solutions for workflow execution
• Handle authentication, authorization, and security requirements for integrations
• Debug and resolve integration issues across multiple systems

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and enterprise integration patterns
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with pharmaceutical or enterprise healthcare systems
• Knowledge of message queuing systems and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise service management platforms
• Background in building resilient distributed systems
