Senior Fulfillment Associate

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a detail-oriented, physically active team member to serve as our senior fulfillment lead. You'll be the floor general of our daily pick, pack, QC, and receiving operation — the person who keeps things moving accurately and efficiently every day. This role reports to the Director of Operations and includes responsibility for mentoring junior fulfillment staff and seasonal associates during peak periods.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Pull the daily order list each morning and pick in-house inventory by school and Greek collection with high accuracy
  • Perform quality control inspections on all incoming factory shipments, comparing received goods against purchase orders and logging discrepancies immediately
  • Execute put-away of incoming inventory into designated bin locations by collection and SKU, maintaining location accuracy in our inventory system
  • Lead the packaging station — boxing, labeling, inserting, and tagging DTC and wholesale orders to brand standards
  • Monitor and maintain packaging supply inventory, flagging low stock before it becomes a problem
  • Train and supervise fulfillment associates and seasonal staff, ensuring consistent quality across the team
  • Assist the Director of Operations with weekly cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks
  • Flag order exceptions, damaged goods, and inventory discrepancies promptly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory-focused role — jewelry or accessories experience is a bonus but not required
  • Exceptional attention to detail — you catch the wrong ring size before it ships, not after
  • Comfortable using inventory systems and order management software on a daily basis
  • Reliable, consistent, and punctual — the whole team's day starts with your pick list
  • Experience leading or mentoring others in a warehouse or retail environment is a plus
  • Located in or within commuting distance of Manhattan

COMPENSATION AND DETAILS

  • Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 ($23–25/hr) depending on experience
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, on-site in Manhattan
  • Benefits package including paid time off
  • Opportunity to advance as the operations team grows
