About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing finance team. This position will partner closely with business leaders across multiple departments to support forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly forecasting and budgeting activities
- Analyze financial results and explain key variances and business trends
- Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and monitor performance against plan
- Build financial models to support business decisions and evaluate investment opportunities
- Assist with financial reporting, management presentations, and ad hoc analyses
- Develop reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility into business performance
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies
- Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, or a combination of both
Required Skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
- Excellent communication and business partnering abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
