Senior Financial Analyst
📍 Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (In office fulltime with two days work from home in the future)
💰 $90,000 – $105,000 + Bonus

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who wants to go beyond reporting and truly partner with the business. This role will own key aspects of FP&A, build dynamic financial models, and provide insights that drive operational and strategic decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze financial and operational performance, including variance analysis and KPI tracking
- Partner with department leaders to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making
- Develop dashboards and reporting using BI tools to enhance visibility across the business
- Support executive leadership with presentations, reporting, and ad hoc analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related role
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
- Experience in a services or private equity-backed environment is a plus
