Senior Financial Analyst

We’re partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented organization to identify a Senior Financial Analyst to support some of their growth initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of finance and business strategy and will have high visibility with senior leadership.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning analysis, influencing decisions, and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D leaders in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis for various functions - budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Act as a true business partner to cross-functional teams by delivering insights that drive revenue growth and profitability
• Develop, refine, and monitor key commercial KPIs (e.g., pricing, volume, customer retention, pipeline health)
• Analyze pricing and profitability to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reporting to senior leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–7+ years of relevant financial analysis experience (commercial, GTM, or FP&A experience strongly preferred)
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with tools like Power BI, or similar is a plus
• Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience operating in complex or fast-growing organizations preferred
• CPA or MBA is a plus, not required
