They are seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead a small team and interpret, review and present financial results, perform forward looking analysis, deal and CAPEX analysis and modeling, trend identification, and provide actionable analytics to the to the "C" Suite. In addition the Sr Manager will also be a key contributor to the budgeting and forecasting process, financial risk management and analysis of the business/competitor environment.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 6+ years of related experience, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, analysis/modeling, expert Excel, management experience. CPA and/or MBA preferred. Real Estate industry experience preferred.
• Exposure to a fast paced hi-growth environment as a trusted finance business partner.
• A strong problem solver, inquisitive, analytical, proactive with experience working with and presenting to SR Mgmt.
• A proactive leader with the ability to think analytically and strategically.
• Strong Excel skills, ERP exposure and experience with Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio, MRI or similar.
