Core Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles
• Partner with department leaders to drive effective staffing strategies and ensure high-quality hiring decisions
• Manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver a positive end-to-end applicant experience
• Support employer branding through job postings, career page management, outreach events, and collaboration with Marketing
• Ensure compliance with employment laws while staying current on industry trends and advancing apprenticeship and development programs
• Some travel required ~ 10%

What You’ll Bring:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree (HR focus preferred)
• 5+ years of high-volume staffing
• Bilingual (Spanish) required
